Key Responsibilities

As our Technical Writer, you will:

• Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation, including user manuals, API docs, integration guides, how-to content, and release notes.
• Translate complex engineering concepts into clear, simple, and engaging language.
• Work with developers & product teams to gather information and create accurate documentation.
• Structure and format content using best practices, ensuring clarity, consistency, and usability.
• Update existing documentation and perform content audits for accuracy.
• Optimize documentation for SEO and search discoverability.
• Contribute to knowledge-base development and in-product help systems.

Skills & Requirements

• Exceptional communication and writing skills
• Strong understanding of SDLC, APIs, and modern web technologies
• Experience with tools like Confluence, GitHub, Notion, or similar
• Familiarity with Markdown, HTML, or documentation frameworks
• Ability to manage multiple documentation projects
• Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical ability

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, English, or related field
• 1–5 years of technical writing experience
• Portfolio or writing samples required
