We’re seeking a Tech-Focused Growth Hacker who thrives on experimentation, rapid testing, and building scalable growth loops. Your mission is simple: create predictable growth for TalentDesire and partner companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, design, and execute growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention & referral.
• Build and automate growth funnels using advanced tools and frameworks.
• Partner with Engineering, Product & Marketing teams to introduce growth-driven features.
• Work with analytics to understand user journeys and uncover new growth opportunities.
• Scale high-performing experiments into repeatable growth systems.
• Monitor KPIs such as CAC, AARRR metrics, churn rate, user retention, and virality factor.

Required Skills

• Experimentation mindset & strong analytical skills.
• Understanding of product-led growth, user psychology & funnel optimization.
• Good knowledge of SEO, paid ads, email automation & viral loop strategies.
• A/B testing proficiency.

• Mixpanel / Amplitude
• Google Analytics
• Zapier / Make
• HubSpot / Automation CRMs
• Landing page builders (Webflow, WordPress, Unbounce)
• SQL basics (preferred)

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of experience in growth or product marketing roles.
• Strong understanding of SaaS, digital product growth & viral mechanics.
