Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end marketing automation workflows across CRM platforms.
- Build user segmentation rules, triggers & personalized targeting logic.
- Implement automated email campaigns, SMS/WhatsApp messaging, and push notifications.
- Integrate marketing automation with websites, forms, analytics & third-party apps.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize based on data insights.
- Ensure clean database hygiene and compliance with marketing policies.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of email marketing, funnels & automation logic.
- Experience building workflows in CRM tools.
- Familiarity with user segmentation & lead scoring.
- Strong analytical ability & KPI tracking.
Preferred Tools
- HubSpot / Zoho CRM
- ActiveCampaign
- MailChimp / SendGrid / Klaviyo
- Zapier / Make (automation platforms)
- Google Analytics
Qualifications
- 2–6 years in marketing automation or CRM-based roles.
- Technical understanding of APIs, integrations, and event triggers is a plus.
