Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models for various use cases.
• Collaborate with data engineers, product teams, and developers to build end-to-end AI solutions.
• Preprocess, clean, and structure large datasets for training and analysis.
• Experiment with algorithms, evaluate model performance, and optimize accuracy.
• Implement MLOps practices to automate training pipelines and model deployments.
• Integrate AI/ML solutions into web, mobile, or backend systems.
• Stay updated with latest AI trends, frameworks, and techniques.
• Document system architecture, workflows, and experimental results.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Educational Background

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or related field (preferred).
• Master’s degree is a plus.

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning, and data structures.
• Hands-on experience with Python and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, NumPy, Pandas.
• Familiarity with Natural Language Processing, Computer Vision, or Generative AI (any specialization is valuable).
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data processing frameworks.
• Knowledge of API development, model integration, or microservices.
• Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong mathematical foundation (statistics, probability, linear algebra).
