Join the Frontline of Cyber Defense – Cybersecurity Analyst Role

TalentDesire is seeking a skilled Cybersecurity Analyst to strengthen our clients’ security posture and protect mission-critical systems. You will play a key role in monitoring threats, preventing attacks, and ensuring security compliance across digital environments. Responsibilities

• Monitor security events, logs, and alerts using SIEM tools.
• Investigate threats, suspicious activities, and security incidents.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments and coordinate remediation.
• Implement and maintain security controls, firewalls, and endpoint protection.
• Assist in incident response, root-cause analysis, and documentation.
• Help develop security policies, standards, and awareness programs.
• Support compliance requirements such as ISO 27001, GDPR, SOC2, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest security trends, attack vectors, and tools.

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, and threat intelligence.
• Familiarity with SIEM platforms like Splunk, IBM QRadar, or Microsoft Sentinel.
• Knowledge of vulnerability scanning tools (Nessus, Qualys, OpenVAS).
• Understanding of malware analysis, phishing detection, and common cyberattack techniques.
• Ability to analyze logs, correlate events, and detect anomalies.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, or related field.
• Certifications like CompTIA Security+, CEH, CySA+, or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer are a plus.
• Experience in SOC operations or security monitoring environments.

Salary Range (USD)

$55,000 – $120,000 per year
(Depends on experience, certifications, region, and role type—full-time, part-time, or freelance.)
