Role Summary
As a DevOps Engineer, you will design, automate, and maintain robust infrastructure systems. You’ll work closely with developers, QA teams, and product stakeholders to ensure seamless deployments, optimal system performance, and high availability across environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments
- Manage scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Implement containerization using Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, or similar
- Ensure system reliability, performance, and resiliency
- Automate repetitive operational tasks using scripts and configuration management tools
- Monitor infrastructure health using observability tools
- Manage version control, branching strategies, and release workflows
- Improve security posture with IAM, firewalls, encryption, and compliance checks
- Collaborate with development teams for smooth onboarding and integration
- Troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues in real-time
Required Skills & Expertise
Technical Skills
- Strong understanding of Linux/Unix environments
- Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Bitbucket Pipelines)
- Proficiency in cloud services: AWS / GCP / Azure
- Containerization & Orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes, Helm
- Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, CloudFormation, Ansible
- Scripting knowledge: Python, Bash, Shell, PowerShell
- Version control: Git, Git Workflows
- Monitoring & Logging: Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, CloudWatch, Datadog
- Networking basics: DNS, VPC, Load balancers, Firewalls
- Knowledge of security and compliance principles

Eligibility Criteria

- Ability to manage production-grade systems & complex deployments
- Knowledge of microservices architecture is a plus
