Key Responsibilities
- Develop, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across Google, Bing, Meta, LinkedIn & programmatic channels.
- Plan and optimize PPC campaigns with a strong focus on ROI and CPA efficiency.
- Manage email marketing workflows, audience segmentation, and automation.
- Track KPIs (CTR, CPC, CAC, ROAS, LTV) and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Conduct A/B testing across landing pages, creatives, and ad copies.
- Collaborate with Product, Design & Content teams for campaign alignment.
- Analyze customer behavior and funnel metrics to improve retention and conversion rates.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of digital marketing funnels and metrics.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads & Analytics tools.
- Excellent command of keyword research, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization.
- Comfortable working with marketing analytics dashboards and spreadsheets.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or related field.
- 2–6 years experience in digital performance marketing.
- Google Ads or Meta certification is a plus.
