Position Overview

As a Front-End Developer, you will build intuitive, responsive, and high-performing interfaces for web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate with designers, backend developers, and product teams to create user-focused digital experiences that scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable front-end architecture
• Build responsive pages using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks
• Work with React, Vue, Angular, or similar libraries
• Integrate APIs and optimize performance across devices
• Ensure UI/UX consistency by collaborating with design teams
• Implement reusable components and front-end libraries
• Debug, test, and document code
• Optimize website speed, accessibility, and SEO compliance
• Work in Agile or fast-paced development environments
• Maintain code quality through peer reviews and version control (Git)

Required Skills & Competencies

Core Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, Flexbox, Grid, SCSS
• Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+)
• Experience with React.js / Next.js / Vue.js / Angular
• Understanding of REST APIs, JSON, GraphQL
• Familiarity with Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, or UI libraries
• Knowledge of Webpack, Vite, or build tools
• Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab

Additional Skills (Preferred)

• Knowledge of TypeScript
• Experience in Responsive and Adaptive Design
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals & accessibility standards
• Ability to use Figma, XD, or Sketch for UI interpretation
• CI/CD basics and DevOps exposure (bonus)

Soft Skills

• Strong problem-solving and debugging abilities
• Detail-oriented and quality-driven
• Excellent communication and teamwork
• Ability to handle multiple projects under deadlines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proven work portfolio (GitHub, live projects, UI samples, or code tests)
• 1–5+ years experience depending on role level
• Fresher positions available (based on skill test)

Salary / Compensation

(Ranges vary by experience and project complexity)

• Full-Time: ₹4.2 LPA – ₹18 LPA
• Freelance / Contract: ₹500 – ₹2500 per hour
• Per Project: Based on scope, deadlines & expertise
