Key Responsibilities

• Design online learning modules, assessments, quizzes, and training materials.
• Develop storyboards, scripts, and learning paths using ADDIE or SAM frameworks.
• Collaborate with subject-matter experts to translate complex content into engaging learning.
• Use tools like Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, and Camtasia to build multimedia courses.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and refine course materials.
• Create manuals, instructor guides, and onboarding training content.

Required Skills

• Strong instructional design and eLearning development experience
• Knowledge of learning theories and adult learning principles
• Ability to simplify technical information into engaging modules
• Excellent writing and curriculum structuring skills
• Experience integrating multimedia (audio, video, graphics)

Qualifications

• Degree in Instructional Design, Education Technology, or similar
• 1–5 years of experience in training design
• Portfolio or work samples required
