Key Responsibilities
- Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
- Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and usability testing.
- Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and provide feedback.
- Verify bug fixes and ensure proper resolution of reported issues.
- Conduct exploratory testing to identify hidden issues.
- Assist in preparing QA reports and metrics for management.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance QA workflows and product quality.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester or in a QA role.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and life cycle.
- Knowledge of web and mobile application testing.
- Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
