Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases.
  • Perform functional, regression, system, integration, and usability testing.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or Trello.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and provide feedback.
  • Verify bug fixes and ensure proper resolution of reported issues.
  • Conduct exploratory testing to identify hidden issues.
  • Assist in preparing QA reports and metrics for management.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance QA workflows and product quality.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Manual QA Tester or in a QA role.
  • Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, QA processes, and life cycle.
  • Knowledge of web and mobile application testing.
  • Familiarity with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Bugzilla).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
