Technical Project Manager – Strategy to Execution

TalentDesire is looking for a highly organized and technically strong Technical Project Manager to lead cross-functional software projects from concept to delivery. You will collaborate with developers, designers, QA teams, and clients to ensure smooth execution, timely delivery, and quality outcomes. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
• Translate product requirements into clear technical tasks for engineering teams.
• Work closely with developers, designers, and QA to ensure alignment on goals.
• Coordinate sprint planning, daily scrum meetings, retrospectives, and workload management.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and blockers; implement resolutions quickly.
• Maintain documentation, timelines, status reports, and progress dashboards.
• Ensure projects adhere to technical standards, performance goals, and security guidelines.
• Communicate project updates to stakeholders and management in a structured manner.
• Manage client expectations and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban methodologies.
• Basic knowledge of APIs, databases, cloud platforms, or development workflow tools.
• Ability to read or understand simple technical architecture diagrams.
• Experience working with project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp).

Soft Skills

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-coordination abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Attention to detail and proactive approach to project health.

Certifications (Preferred but Not Mandatory)

• PMP, CSM, Agile Certified Practitioner, PRINCE2, or similar credentials.

Salary Range (USD)

• Full-Time: $65,000 – $110,000 per year
• Part-Time: $25 – $40 per hour
• Freelance: $30 – $60 per hour (project-based rates vary)
