Bring Ideas to Life: Become a UI Designer

We’re looking for a creative and detail-driven UI Designer to join our Product & Design team. If you have a strong eye for clean layouts, modern aesthetics, and intuitive digital experiences, this role is for you. You’ll work closely with product managers, UX designers, and developers to transform ideas into visually engaging and user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Turn concepts into high-quality, visually appealing UI designs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes.
• Maintain brand consistency across all product screens and components.
• Collaborate with UX designers to enhance user flows and usability.
• Work closely with developers to ensure accurate and pixel-perfect implementation.
• Prepare design systems, reusable components, and visual guidelines.
• Conduct UI audits and provide improvement recommendations.
• Stay updated with modern design trends, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI design for web & mobile.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, or similar.
• Understanding of UX principles, layout grids, and responsive design.
• Ability to create design systems and reusable UI components.
• Strong sense of typography, spacing, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS (bonus, not mandatory).

Preferred Additional Skills

• Experience designing for SaaS or data-driven products.
• Ability to create micro-interactions and motion UI.
• Understanding of accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
• Knowledge of user research, journey mapping, or product discovery.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 1–3 years of professional UI design experience (Freshers may apply with strong portfolios).
