What You’ll Do

As our UX Writer, you will:

• Write microcopy for product interfaces including buttons, tooltips, menus, onboarding screens, modals, and notifications.
• Define and maintain the product tone-of-voice and brand messaging guidelines.
• Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and user researchers to enhance product usability.
• Conduct UX content audits and spot friction points in user flows.
• Use user insights and A/B testing to refine content for clarity and performance.
• Help build a consistent content design system across all products.

What You Bring

• Excellent storytelling, writing, and editing abilities
• Strong understanding of UX principles and design thinking
• Experience working with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
• Knowledge of user behavior and digital product flows
• Ability to write crisp and conversion-focused microcopy

Qualifications

• Degree in UX Design, Communications, Journalism, English, or related fields
• 1–4 years of UX writing or content design experience
• Portfolio showcasing UX writing samples (mandatory)
